• Platform – The MobTech E-Ticketing website and mobile applications.

3. User Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate personal information
• Use their own mobile number and email

4. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket purchases are final unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets are delivered digitally via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
• Each ticket includes a unique QR code that must be presented at the gate.

5. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Organizers reserve the right to modify event dates, venues, or performers.
• If an event is cancelled, Users may be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
• MobTech is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by organizers.

6. Pricing & Fees

• Ticket prices are set by the event organizer.
• MobTech may charge service, processing, or payment fees.
• All fees are shown before checkout.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Not share tickets publicly
• Not resell tickets above face value unless permitted
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only

8. Organizer Responsibilities

• Organizers must:
• Provide accurate event information
• Honor valid tickets
• Manage event staff to ensure proper entry scanning
• Comply with Malawian laws and safety standards

9. Security & Fraud

• MobTech uses encrypted QR codes to prevent duplication.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in account suspension.

10. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through approved methods such as Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. Refunds follow the rules outlined in our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

MobTech is not liable for:

• Losses caused by event changes or cancellations
• Damages caused by organizers or event venues
• User errors during purchase or entry scanning

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of new Terms.
