Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final unless:

  • The event is cancelled
  • The event is postponed (optional, based on organizer rules)

2. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, Users may request a refund through:

  • MobTech platform
  • Direct organizer support

Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Convenience fees

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets may only be transferred if the organizer allows it.

5. Late Arrivals or No-Shows

No refunds for late arrivals or not attending the event.

6. Organizer Responsibility

Organizers must refund the face value of tickets in case of cancellation.
